The processing capacity of the plant is 2,200 liters of ice cream per hour. Machines offered by us, connected in whole production lines, can produce ice cream, such as: cones, mugs, wafer cups, 100l boxes, 200ml boxes, capsules and large family ice creams, such as liters, 2-liter, 5-liter cuvettes, 4 ice rolls. types (traditional, curly, layered, vinietta). As for the palette of flavors, the plant can produce ice cream in any flavors and textures, and everything depends only on the recipe of ice cream. Freezing tunnel, freezer chambers and a cold store are universal devices, so they can be used for all kinds of frozen foods such as vegetables, fruits, flour products, etc.
The offer also includes a machine that makes packaging for ice cream in the form of capsules. The sale of ice cream in capsules is a novelty on the European market. Thanks to our own blow molding machine, we are independent of packaging manufacturers and from the commonly available material, which are LDPE pellets, we can make capsules that we fill with ice mass. We also produce impression devices for capsules, so-called Dispensers. The offer also includes the entire technical base for the production of these devices and components for 10 pieces of ready-made razors.

All machines are fully functional. Our factory was producing ice cream in full swing in August 2018. We are the first and only owner of these devices and we know them from the inside, so we are happy to provide technical assistance in their demolition and assembly in a new place.
