We produce tanks with capacity 1500 to 32 000 liters, that are installed on various type of trailor’s chassis and semitrailor’s chassis according to wishes of Customers. Tank Description -Semitrailer
Capacity by 33 000 liters
The chassis of semitrailers with full frame or self-supporting frame.
The tank is made of stainless steel (quantity of chambers and their capacity to agree with Customers).
Outer surfaces are made with round-spotted or grinded technology (according to needs of customers).
Outer bottoms can be made with roundspotted or polished surface ( „mirror reflection” ) sheets or plastic metal in colours acc.to RAL.
The section of tank can be elliptical,round or suitcase type.
The elliptical section- ensures a low center of mass, designed impact on improving the traction qualities of the vehicle.
The elliptical cross-section ensures durability and reliability of body structure.
The insulation is made of polyurethane foam.
An insulation polyurethane foam of 60 mm thickness or mineral wool 100 mm – 25% more effective than the standard insulation from other manufacturers.
The insulation protects from temperature changes – maximum 1 0C after about ten hours of standstill when the temperature difference between product and ambient is 30 0C.
For wishes of Customer- ATP Certificate.
The tank is equipped with cleaning system CIP.
The frame and support elements (saddles)are made with zinc plate or stainless steel .
The ladder and walkway are non-slip, made in accordance with applicable standards is fixed on the side or on the top of tank.
The top manhole ø 500 with cover and air eliminator for every chamber fixed on the leak boxes.
Drain tubes connected with the collector.
The cabin made with stainless steel for the drain collector.
